01Who can use Keta
- You’re 13 or older, and under 18 only with a parent’s or guardian’s OK.
- You aren’t in a sanctioned country or region, or on a sanctions list.
- One seat is one person. Don’t share your login or sell access.
We and the model provider may check prompts, uploads and results, and refuse what breaks these rules.
02Real people
Show a real, recognisable person only if it’s you, or you have their written permission for this use. If you upload someone’s image, you confirm you have it, and we may ask for proof.
No public figures, politicians or celebrities, even with a disclaimer. No copied voices, and nothing that shows a real person saying or doing something they didn’t.
03Never allowed
- Sexual or nude content of any kind, including undressing edits and sexual face swaps.
- Anything that sexualises, harms or endangers a child, or anyone who looks under 18. We report it to NCMEC and the police.
- Intimate images of a real person, with or without their consent.
04Deception and fraud
- Fake news, fake evidence, or footage of real events that didn’t happen.
- Election or voting misinformation.
- Scams, phishing, fake endorsements and fake reviews.
- Passing a Keta video off as real footage or as human-made.
05Harm
No harassment, bullying, threats or hate. Nothing that glorifies violence, terrorism, self-harm or eating disorders, and no gore made to shock.
06Other people’s rights
No copyrighted characters, logos, brands, music or footage you don’t have rights to. Don’t copy a named living artist’s style to pass work off as theirs.
07Labels and watermarks
Keep every watermark and content credential on your videos. Don’t crop, blur or re-encode them away.
When you post a realistic video, say it’s AI-generated wherever the law or the platform asks.1
08Using the service fairly
Don’t try to get around our filters or the model provider’s, with coded prompts, cropped faces or anything else. Don’t use Keta videos to train a competing AI model.
Don’t scrape or attack the service, or automate it beyond the connected apps you approve in your account.
Connected apps follow this policy too, and the prompts they send are checked before rendering.
09Groupbuys
The admin who asked for the groupbuy makes sure members know these rules. Each member has their own seat and follows this policy. Seats can’t be resold outside the group, and we handle breaches per seat.
10Reporting a video
Anyone can report a video, without an account. Each report gets a case number, and we tell you what we did.
Intimate images: removed within 48 hours of a valid report, along with known copies.2 Likeness, copyright and other reports: we review them and reply by email.
11When rules are broken
We may refuse prompts, remove videos, warn you, pause or disconnect a connected app, pause a seat or close an account, and report illegal content to the authorities. Child safety, intimate images and sanctions breaches close the account at once.
To appeal, write through the support form with your case number. We look at it again and reply by email. Payments are final, also when we close an account.
