From request to seats
Nothing is charged until you accept a quote. Seats open with your community’s code.

Seat rules
Seats, not shared logins
Every member accepts the terms and the acceptable use policy when they open their account.
One person per seat
Each seat is one named person with their own Keta account.
No shared logins
Logins stay with their owner. Shared seats get paused.
No resale
Seats stay in your community. Selling or renting access isn’t allowed.

Daily limit per seat
Up to 100 videos a day by default. A groupbuy can have its own.

Is there a group discount?
We don’t publish one. Tell us about your community and we’ll quote a seat price in USD.
What’s the smallest group?
Five seats. You can change the seat count for the next term.
Where do members enter the code?
At checkout, after they sign in with their own email. The code sets their price, or starts their pass at once if you prepaid.
Can members share one account?
No. Each member opens their own account. Shared logins and resold seats aren’t allowed, and shared seats get paused.
How do we pay?
In crypto. You pay one invoice for every seat, or each member pays the seat price at checkout. Nothing renews by itself.
How do you check the community is mine?
We ask you to post a one-time code in your server, group or chat. Then we check the community against our rules.
