01Who we are

Keta is a product of Cherry Cowboys Inc., a Delaware corporation at 1314 Magnolia Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90006. In these terms, “we” means Cherry Cowboys Inc. and “you” means the person using Keta.

These terms, the acceptable use policy and the privacy policy form one agreement. You accept it when you create an account or pay.

02Who can use Keta

You must be 13 or older, or older if your country sets a higher age for online services. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms, and pay, for you. If you use Keta for a company, you confirm you can bind it.

You can’t use Keta from a country or region under US, EU or UK sanctions, or if you’re on a sanctions list. We check your country at checkout and may check again later.¹

03The plan

Keta has one plan: $500 for 30 days of access, paid in crypto. It doesn’t renew by itself. When the 30 days end, access stops until you pay again. We email you before that.

The plan includes up to 100 videos per rolling 24 hours, with no credits and no per-clip price. It covers 480p and 720p clips up to 30 seconds. 1080p is in private testing and isn’t part of the plan.

A groupbuy can come with its own daily limit; your Studio’s Settings shows yours.

A video counts when you start it, even if you delete it later; one that fails or is canceled doesn’t count. We may set a lower limit for an account that abuses the service.

When many renders run at once, yours waits in a queue and runs in turn.

04The model behind Keta

Keta is powered by Seedance 2.5. Keta’s own processing backend sends each job to it, with Keta’s prompt layer on top.

Keta is an independent service. It isn’t affiliated with ByteDance, and ByteDance doesn’t sponsor it. Seedance is a trademark of ByteDance.

A model can change, slow down or be briefly unavailable. If a change affects what the plan includes, we tell you by email as soon as we can.

05Paying in crypto

Prices are set in US dollars. You pay through Paymento, our crypto payment processor, in a coin and network shown at checkout. The money goes to our own wallet; Paymento never holds it.

Send the exact amount, on the network shown, before the invoice expires. A payment sent on another network can be lost. Your pass starts once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain. Network fees are yours to pay.

06Payments are final

All payments are final. Crypto payments can’t be reversed.

If less than the amount arrives, your pass doesn’t start. Send the rest on the same payment page.

07Groupbuys and codes

A community admin can buy seats for members. Each seat is one person with their own Keta account. Logins can’t be shared, even inside the group, and seats can’t be resold or offered outside it.

The admin asks for the groupbuy, proves they run the community and pays our quote in crypto. The admin can move a seat to another member. Each member accepts these terms and the acceptable use policy.

A groupbuy code works once per member and only between its dates. Some codes set your price; a prepaid code starts your pass at once. Each new 30 days uses a new code.

08Your uploads and videos

You keep the rights you have in what you upload and, as far as the law allows, in the videos you make. A video may not be unique: someone else can get a similar result.

You let us store, process and show your uploads and videos to you, and send them to the model to render. This ends when you delete them, apart from copies the law makes us keep.

You can use your videos commercially within these terms and other people’s rights. Keta doesn’t train AI models; how the video model provider may use what it renders is in the privacy policy.

09Your responsibilities

Follow the acceptable use policy. Show a real person only with their written permission, and never a public figure.

Keep every watermark and content credential on your videos. Label realistic videos as AI-generated wherever the law or the platform asks you to.²

10Connected apps

You can connect an AI app, such as ChatGPT or Claude, to your account and approve what it may do. It acts for you, so you’re responsible for what an app you connect does on your account.

These terms, the acceptable use policy and your limits apply as they do in the Studio. Videos an app starts count toward your daily limit.

We may pause or revoke a connection that breaks these terms or puts your account at risk. Suspending an account disconnects its apps. You can disconnect an app at any time in the Studio or, without a pass, at ketagen.com/oauth/apps/.

An app may give you a link to Keta’s own checkout. You pay there, on ketagen.com, under these terms. An app can’t pay for you.

ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. Keta is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by OpenAI or Anthropic.

11Reports and takedowns

Anyone can report a video, with no account. We remove intimate images within 48 hours of a valid report, and known copies of them.³ Each report gets a case number.

12Suspension and closing

We may refuse a prompt, remove a video, pause a seat or close an account that breaks these terms or the law. We may report illegal content to the authorities and keep what the law requires.

Child safety, intimate images and sanctions breaches close the account at once. You can close your own account at any time through support.

13Changes to these terms

We may change these terms or the price. We email you before a change takes effect, and a new price applies only from your next 30 days.

14Warranties and liability

Keta is provided as it is. AI video can come out wrong or unusable, and we don’t promise any result from a video.

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer.

15Governing law and disputes

The laws of one US state govern these terms, and its courts hear any dispute. If you’re a consumer in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of your local law.
